How to Utilize Our Services

We encourage students to call and speak with an advocate. This is beneficial for a number of reasons:

  • We are often able to answer questions and/or provide direction over the phone
  • Your particular issue may require some research or legwork on our part, and you can be best served by making an appointment and allowing us time to get answers before meeting
  • All advocates may be unavailable at the time you walk in

Since we are a relatively small office serving a large population of students, we strive to be as efficient and responsive as possible. Calling ahead will help us better serve you.
